Noted hair extraordinaire Charlie Le Mindu is commonly associated with his boundary pushing designs through the use of unorthodox material. His latest collaboration, with ready to wear high street brand Aqua, combines hard working graphic tees with a touch of post-modernism.

Le Mindu’s design, launched exclusively for Vogue’s Online Fashion Week, works harmoniously with the linear Aqua logo on entirely cotton t-shirts.

The French designer, and winner of the Visionary Award for On|Off in January 2011,  holds a pop up hair studio at the creative space also known as Machine-A and is noted for his window displays and nude catwalk shows, blood soaked catwalk queens and one-of-a-kind head pieces.

Nighthawks‘, the newly released collection by Aqua is accompanied by a fashion film, directed by Stamp London with hair, styled by Charlie Le Mindu to coincide with the release of this one time collaboration.

Unisex T-shirts can be purchased for £50 and are available here.
