After a spotlight surrounding the Middleton’s, courtesy of Sarah Burton, there was a lot at stake this season for the McQueen mainline. This season the male became rigid and stiff through firmly structured suit jackets and high breasted double buttoned blazers with a feminine edge.

Bold check met elongating stripe as monotone colours left a vast absence of colour whilst suit trousers proved, much in the style of this season, to be tailored far tighter than the tradition.

Baracuda jackets were showcased in patent black, breaking up matching print trousers and high buttoned down collar long sleeve shirts. The jackets also came in bold check print with black collar and cuff detail.

Red vertical stripes were paired with pure white fitted trousers excelling in creating a strikingly clean-cut appearance whilst the tailoring kept the collection young, youthful yet mature.
