Hot off the Nylon! Whilst flickering through twitter last night (possibly this morning) my attention was quickly drawn to Nylon Magazines page. They asked the question, loud and clear, should boys(or men) wear floral print?

Fred Perry & Liberty

The swift summer answer was an undying yes. Fred Perry known for the classic piqu cotton sports shirt with laurel logo that is associated with authenticity, heritage and integrity. However this summer we see the  release of a male floral print range for the summer, collaborating vintage and modern day cut with prints accompanying button ups and polo shirts. Even I thought the idea, whilst reading, was a catastrophic print nightmare however I certainly choked on my own thoughts. The prints show real talent in collaborating two materials that otherwise may have not worked so intensely well together. The range defies the pattern of block colour, which we are so familiar with relating to Fred Perry’s design.

The barracuda jackets are certainly a summer must. The black outer material on the jackets swiftly draws attention to the pattern work on the inside of the collar leaving much to the imagination. Get your flowers out boys, you can still be stylish and masculine this summer.
